The Hesperia Recreation and Park District is privileged to be the home of the internationally known Banana Museum. This display is the world’s largest collection of a single fruit. Mr. Ken Bannister began the collection 30 years ago and has been interviewed on nationally televised programs and featured in international publications. The Harrison Exhibit Center is now showing the Hesperia Old Town Museum Collection. We are open each Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and the first Saturday of each month from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
