The Alzheimer's Association – 1 (800) 660-1993
The Alzheimer's Association Safe Return program is the only nationwide system designed to help identify individuals who are memory impaired due to Alzheimer's disease or a related disorder.

Meals on Wheels - (760) 245-7047
This program provides hot nutritious meals to both homebound elderly and serves meals at satellite locations in the high desert. Meals are served at local community centers. A donation of $2.50 is requested for each meal.

Training program for income eligible participants age 55 or older.

Victor Valley Transit - (760) 244-4000
Local curb-to-curb transportation service for the certified disabled (ADA) and frail elderly.

MEALS ON WHEELS

Meals on Wheels serves lunches for seniors 60 years of age and over for a donation of $2.50, Monday through Friday at 11:15 a.m. For more information on the Meals on Wheels Program, call the Victorville Office at 245-7047.

BEGINNERS TENNIS
Students can learn court lines, volley, groundstrokes, serving, scoring, tie breaker, drills, games and the Rules of Tennis and Code of Conduct. Beginners will advance to match play as quickly as possible. Beginners will have the opportunity to improve their skills and bring their game to a higher level. Don’t miss out on the fun! Racquets provided if needed.

SENIOR PINOCHLE

Every Wednesday seniors are invited to enjoy the fun of Pinochle.

Seniors are invited to enjoy the fun of the card game Bridge two days a week.

SENIOR BUNCO
	Every Monday afternoon seniors are invited to enjoy the fun of Bunco. Our volunteer will instruct you on the game if you have never played before. Awards are presented at the conclusion of the day's play. SENIOR AEROBICS EASY MOVEMENT CLASSES

This program is great for senior adults who want to get into shape. Seniors can improve balance, posture and coordination while enjoying this low impact aerobics class. Come meet new friends, enjoy good music and have fun!
