Hesperia Recreation and Park District and the Hesperia Unified School District are proud to offer the After School Activities Program (A.S.A.P.) at all Hesperia Unified Elementary Schools. This program is offered to first through sixth graders. The program is intended to provide a fun, safe and wholesome environment for children during after school hours. A.S.A.P. is a recreation activity program that provides students with sports activities, arts and crafts projects, and organized indoor and outdoor games. The fee is $13.00 a week, per child. If your child lives outside the Hesperia city limits, a District nonresident fee will be applied. The non-resident fee is $20.00 a week. Enrollment is limited. Preregistration is required and children must be currently enrolled at the school where the program is offered. A.S.A.P. operates only while school is in session. The 2008-2009 school year registration packets will be available at the Hesperia Elementary School sites beginning May 5 through May 29, 2008. Registration packets will be available at the Lime Street Park Community Center beginning May 30 through July 25, 2008. All registration will be taken on a first come basis. All sites have limited enrollment.

We are excited to offer a children’s recreational program during specific school closures while parents must work. Kids Kamp will follow the Hesperia Unified School District holiday / vacation schedule. Children will participate in organized indoor and outdoor activities, sports, arts and crafts, games, and much more. Registration will be at Lime Street Park Community Center during normal business hours; spaces are limited, so register early!

Program location, time and fees are subject to change and may be cancelled if minimum enrollment is not met.

Summer 2008: May 30th – August 8th (Sign ups start May 1, 2008).
